The exquisite Iguazu Falls are situated in the south of Brazil, at the Iguazu river, 650 kms from the Brazilian coast, near the border with Argentina. The Fall appears a little before the river Iguazu meets the river Parana, when a part of Iguazu plunges itself for nearly 3 km creating an unexpected and a breath-taking natural spectacle. The mist and foam caused by these falls, creates permanent rainbows. The Iguazu falls are larger and wider than the Niagara Falls. While Niagara is a tourist town, the Iguazu Falls is located in a national park.
